7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident about your investment. All paid Aura plans come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Aura+ or Accelerator subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@useaura.net or use our contact form within 7 days of your purchase. Please include the email address associated with your account. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After the 7-day window, annual plans are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewal. You'll retain access through the remainder of your annual term.
Promotional & HBCU Discounts
If your subscription was obtained through a promotional code or HBCU discount, refund eligibility follows the same 7-day policy. Refund amounts reflect the actual amount charged after any discounts were applied.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to repeated subscription-and-refund cycles. We will always reach out to discuss the situation before denying any request.
